Codex training for teams
Practical AI coding workshops for engineering, product and design teams, delivered on your real tasks and approved tools. Onsite, offsite or remote.
Formats
From individual experiments to team delivery
Your team may already use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Devin, Gemini or GitHub Copilot. The next step is a shared approach to defining work, providing context to agents and verifying their output. Each workshop is tailored to the team's experience and its current bottlenecks.
Programme content
- Translating a real task into a clear brief with boundaries and acceptance criteria.
- Providing the agent with codebase context and team standards.
- Building small changes that can be reviewed and explained.
- Verifying results against requirements, tests and existing policies.
- Selecting delivery metrics that show whether the workflow is effective.
Engineering teams focus on implementation and review; product and design teams on requirements, prototypes and handoffs. Exercises and expected outputs are agreed in the proposal.

Trainers
Together, our founders hold official ambassador roles for OpenAI, Anthropic, SpaceXAI (formerly Cursor), and n8n. We bring that experience into practical training on the tools your team uses.
Harness Institute brings together Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Devin, Gemini and GitHub Copilot workshops. Meet the founders and see how teams learn to delegate, review and retain ownership of their work. Download the free methodology guide.
Before the workshop
- What is required?
One representative task, the owners of its requirements and review, and access to the tools and data your policies permit. Technical preparation is agreed before delivery.
- Can teams with mixed experience train together?
Yes. The stakeholder call establishes each participant's starting point and the exercises are adapted accordingly. The team works toward shared planning and review practices.
