We work with teams in three ways. Pulse keeps your team current: a monthly subscription with briefings and a live session, with no access to your code. Workshop trains your team: typically two days of hands-on training on your own repository and tools.
Harness goes furthest: we install one shared harness in your repository, then train your team on it. Pulse asks nothing of your setup, a workshop changes how people work, and a harness changes what every agent works with.
